- Children and adults under 30 years old are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (aged 30 years or more).
- Every person including children (2-12) count as an individual guest. Infants are not included in the guest count.
* All Guests must be registered.
* Requests to change the guest count must be made in writing, in advance of the check-in date.
* Exceeding the # of guests registered on the booking is prohibited & will result in extra guest fees.
* Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction from the property & forfeiture of all payments & deposits.
- Subletting or re-renting this property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
* Parties are not permitted in this unit. (Full Security Deposit will be charged)
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
* Noise Bylaws are strictly enforced, noise fines after 10pm start at $105.00 per infraction
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. ($650 fee will be charged for entire home deep cleaning)
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. ($650 fee for deep cleaning will be charged)
*Smoking rules outside our home are governed by strata & municipal bylaws. Discarding of cigarette butts on the ground is littering and fines will apply. Please respect and protect our community.
* Bylaw Fines for Littering start at $175 per Infraction. *This includes cigarette butts.
* Bikes, skis & snowboards are not permitted inside the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. Lockable Ski & Snowboard racks are provided on the private deck. A private lockable storage cage for bikes & large equipment is provided in the parkade.

* The security deposit, pet & age policy are not negotiable.

Spacious renovated 3-level private end unit townhome featuring a continuous open concept main floor that includes modern kitchen, designated dining and entertainment space. The entire main floor is outfitted with radiant in floor heating and air conditioning for true comfort. The 4 private bedrooms are located on the upper floors making this an ideal vacation home for groups or families of 4-10 people.

No Car Required! This property is a short, short walk to everything in Whistler Village including ski/bike lifts.

Free Parking for 2 vehicles. One (1) outside parking space (Gables Parking Pass required) plus one (1) underground secured parking stall are included with this property rental. Note the underground parkade has a height restriction of 6 ft 6 inches.
Additional paid parking is available in the nearby Whistler Day Lots and Town Plaza Underground Parkade. (Less than 500 metres)

Guest access
This is an end unit townhome with it's own private entrance and no neighbours directly above, below or beside. Guests have full acces to the entire home. Townhome features 3 levels of livable luxury.
Ground floor is the main living and entertaining space: fully equipped kitchen, dining & living room + full bathroom. Living room has 65" Smart TV, Playstation 4 & Sonos Sound bar.
2nd level: 3 spacious bedrooms + full bathroom & laundry closet. Two bedrooms have views of Blackcomb
Mtn & Gondola.
3rd level: bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom tales up the entire 3rd floor and has a queen bed + 2 twin beds and a lounge area with TV. This room has direct line of sight of the Blackcomb Gondola base and loading area so you can literally check the lineups from your bed.
This Self Check-In home is equipped with a Kaba Keypad Access Control system. No Keys required for access. Upon payment in full, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by Arrival Instructions and a unique door code that will provide keyless access to the property for the duration of your scheduled stay. Your unique door code will automatically activate at the scheduled check-in date and time and de-activate at the scheduled Check-Out date and time.

We interact with our guests as much or as little as our guests prefer. We live full time in Whistler and are active in and around the community. We are always happy to offer helpful tips and guidance especially with respect to local activities such as hiking, biking and skiing as well as dining and shopping. We can help out with the odd piece of equipment if you forget something.

We try to make ourselves as accessible as possible throughout our guests stay in order to provide assistance if and when required.

Situated in the heart of Whistler village, the Best Whistler Village 4 bedroom townhouse offers the best of both worlds. First off it is a home that is completely surrounded by nature, including a secluded wooded park area, the spectacular and glacial fed Fitzsimmons Creek, a pedestrian only walkway with covered bridge to and from the upper and main village areas.
Ski lifts, restaurants, shops, lessons, guides, child care, ski & bike rental, etc are within 100meters of our front door. Truly the best of both worlds.

For Business Travellers, our Best Whistler 4 bedroom townhouse is extremely close to the Chateau Whistler Fairmont Hotel & Conference Center and only a 10 minute walk to the Whistler Conference Center.
Getting around
Whistler is primarily a pedestrian Village and our Best Whistler Village town home sits alongside Fitzsimmons Trail, the pedestrian walkway that connects Whistler Village Centre & the Upper Village. When we say close we mean less than 5 minutes walk to: chairlifts & gondolas, lift tickets & guest services, ski & bike rentals, après ski, pubs, restaurants, shopping, Blackcomb day lodge, kids ski school, spas, rivers and parks.
Getting around Whistler is simple. Everything in Whistler Village is walkable. To go anywhere outside of the Village there is public transit and private taxi and Ride Sharing. The Whistler transit system provides year-round public bus service throughout Whistler and between Whistler Village and Pemberton.
For walking and cycling, Whistler's commuter backbone is the Valley Trail which runs parallel to our property. The Valley Trail is a 35-km/22-mile multi-use trail that begins at Spring Creek, in the south, extends through the Village itself and ends at Emerald Estates in the north.

Whistler Public Transit
Buses service most areas in Whistler. In spring and summer the buses are equipped with bike racks. There are free shuttle buses that operate between Whistler Village hotels and the ski lifts; in the summer there is free service between the Village and Lost Lake. Bus route run along Blackcomb Way with a bus stop on the street directly in front of our property.
Taxis are abundant throughout the village and you can get pretty much anywhere in Whistler for less than $15.
