- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian (aged 25 years or more).
- Every person including children (2-12) count as an individual guest. Infants are not included in the guest count.
- You must identify the total number of guests at the time of booking. Any increases to the number of guests must be approved by the host prior to the check-in date. * Extra person fees may apply.
- Exceeding the registered # of guests on the reservation without permission will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possibly cancellation of the booking.
- Subletting or re-renting this property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.

* Smoking rules outside our home are governed by strata & municipal bylaws. It is NOT acceptable to discard cigarette butts on the ground anywhere in Whistler. Please respect and protect our environment.
* Bylaw Fines for Littering are $200 per Infraction. This includes cigarette butts.

* Bikes, skis & snowboards are not permitted in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. Lockable Ski & Snowboard racks are provided on the private deck. A lockable storage cage for bikes & large equipment is provided in the parkade.

* The security deposit & age policy are not negotiable.

The space
We apply “Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization" protocols prior to every guest check-in.

Spacious 3-level Townhome with a premium layout featuring a newly renovated, open concept main floor living, dining and kitchen area. The entire main floor is outfitted with radiant in floor heating for true comfort and cozy feel. The 4 private bedrooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors making this an ideal vacation home for groups or families of 7-11 people. Air Conditioning throughout all 3 levels.
No Car Required! This property is close enough to everything that you do not need a vehicle and can walk to everything in minutes.

Free Parking for 2 vehicles. One (1) outside parking space plus one (1) underground secured parking stall are included with this property rental. Note the underground parkade has a height restriction of 6 ft 6 inches x about 15 ft max length.
Guest access
This Self Check-In home is equipped with a Kaba Keypad Access Control system. No Keys required for access. Upon payment in full, you will receive an email confirmation, followed by Arrival Instructions and a unique door code that will provide keyless access for the duration of your scheduled stay.
Additional notes
In response to COVID-19 updated cleaning and disinfecting protocols, processes & checklists have been put in place to provide a higher standard of cleanliness, sanitization and safety for our guests.

We would like to bring to your attention the new BC Health order requiring short term rental owners to collect guest information for Contact Tracing purposes. We have a short Guest Contact Tracing Form that needs to be completed prior to check-in. All information collected is kept strictly confidential and WILL NOT be shared or used for marketing purposes.

Self Check-In via a Kaba Keypad Door Lock system means no keys are required for access. A unique door code is created for every booking. Door codes automatically activate at the scheduled check-in time and expire at the scheduled check-out time. We email this unique code to you prior to check-in.

Ski & Bike lessons for all age groups as well as childcare services are located right across the street for the ultimate convenience.

Maximum Occupancy for this property is 10 guests.
*Due to Covid-19 the BC Public Health Office has issued an order limiting short term rentals to the Maximum Occucancy plus no more than five visitors. This means there can never be more than 15 people present (guests and visitors) in this dwelling at any one time.
Guest interaction
We interact with our guests as much or as little as our guests prefer. We live full time in Whistler and are active in and around the community. We are always happy to offer helpful tips and guidance especially with respect to local activities such as hiking, biking and skiing as well as dining and shopping. We can help out with the odd piece of equipment if you forget something.

We try to make ourselves as accessible as possible throughout our guests stay in order to provide assistance if and when required.

Situated in the heart of Whistler village, the Best Whistler Village 4 bedroom townhouse offers the best of both worlds. First off it is a home that is completely surrounded by nature, including a secluded wooded park area, the spectacular and glacial fed Fitzsimmons Creek, a pedestrian only walkway with covered bridge to and from the upper and main village areas.
Ski lifts, restaurants, shops, lessons, guides, child care, ski & bike rental, etc are within 100meters of our front door. Truly the best of both worlds.

In summer the open air Whistler Farmers Market sets up directly across the street. Featuring tasty artisan foods, local artists, refreshing beverages and live entertainment, the Farmers Market runs twice a week throughout the summer and is the perfect place to pick up some locally sourced produce or find the perfect Whistler souvenir for someone special.

The Adventure Zone also sets up directly across the street from your doorstep. This fun filled activity zone is great for families of all ages and runs everyday throughout the summer. Attractions Include:

For Business Travellers, our Best Whistler 4 bedroom townhouse is extremely close to the Chateau Whistler Fairmont Hotel & Conference Center and only a 10 minute walk to the Whistler Conference Center.
Getting around
Whistler is primarily a pedestrian Village and our Best Whistler Village town home sits alongside the pedestrian walkway that connects the Main Village and the Upper Village, When we say close we mean less than 5 minutes to walk to chairlifts and gondolas, lift tickets & guest services, bus loop, apres ski, pubs, restaurants, shopping, Blackcomb day lodge, kids ski school, hotels, rivers and parks.
Getting around Whistler is simple. The Whistler transit system provides year-round public bus service throughout Whistler and between Whistler Village and Pemberton.
For walking and cycling, Whistler's commuter backbone is the Valley Trail which runs past the perimeter of our property. Valley Trail is a 35-km/22-mile multi-use trail that begins at Spring Creek, in the south, extends through the Village itself and ends at Emerald Estates in the north.

Whistler Public Transit
Buses service most areas in Whistler. In spring and summer the buses are equipped with bike racks. There are free shuttle buses that operate between Whistler Village hotels and the ski lifts; in the summer there is free service between the Village and Lost Lake. Bus route run along Blackcomb Way with a bus stop on the street directly in front of our property.
Taxis are abundant throughout the village and you can get pretty much anywhere in Whistler for less than $15.
