- All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay in this unit.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by their parent(s) or legal guardian (aged 25 years or more).
- Every person including children (2-12) count as an individual guest. Infants are not included in the guest count.
- You must identify the total number of guests at the time of booking. Any increases to the number of guests must be approved by the host prior to the check-in date. * Extra person fees may apply.
- Exceeding the registered # of guests on the reservation without permission will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and possibly cancellation of the booking.
- Subletting or re-renting this property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
* Parties are not permitted in this unit. (Security Deposit will be forfeited)
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. (Security Deposit will be forfeited)
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. (Security Deposit will be forfeited)
* Smoking rules outside our home are governed by strata & municipal bylaws. It is NOT acceptable to discard cigarette butts on the ground anywhere in Whistler. Please respect and protect our environment.
* Bylaw Fines for Littering are $200 per Infraction. This includes cigarette butts.
* Bikes, skis & snowboards are not permitted in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. Lockable Ski & Snowboard racks are provided on the private deck. A lockable storage cage for bikes & large equipment is provided in the parkade.
* The security deposit & age policy are not negotiable.
