House Rules
Minimum age requirement is 30 years old.
- All guests must be at least 30 years of age to book and stay in this unit.
- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (aged 30 years or more).
- Every person including children (2-12) count as an individual guest. Infants are not included in the guest count.
* All Guests must be registered.
* Requests to change the guest count must be made in writing, in advance of the check-in date.
* Exceeding the # of guests registered on the booking is prohibited & will result in extra guest fees.
* Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction from the property & forfeiture of all payments & deposits.
- Subletting or re-renting this property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
* Parties are not permitted.(eviction and fines will apply)
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
* Municipal and Strata Noise Bylaws are strictly enforced, fines start at $200.00 per infraction and are incurred each time security is dispatched.
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. $650 fee for deep cleaning will be charged
* Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
A $650 deep-cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking.
Outdoor smoking is governed by strata bylaws and municipal regulations.
Guests must comply with all posted rules and respect the surrounding community.
Discarding cigarette butts on the ground is considered littering and a fire hazard.
Municipal bylaw fines for littering start at $175 per infraction, including cigarette butts. Fines will be the responsibility of the guest.
* Equipment Storage:
Bikes, skis, and snowboards may not be brought inside the unit, including the kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms, or bathrooms.
Lockable ski and snowboard racks are provided on the private deck.
A private, lockable storage cage for bikes, sports gear etc is available in the parkade.
* The Parking Pass & Garage Key must be left in the unit after checkout. There is a $150 replacement fee if either are missing at checkout.
* The pet & age policy are not negotiable.
