- Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (aged 25 years or more).
- Every person including children (2-12) count as an individual guest. Infants are not included in the guest count.
* All Guests must be registered.
* Requests to change the guest count must be made in writing, in advance of the check-in date.
* Exceeding the # of guests registered on the booking is prohibited & will result in extra guest fees.
* Exceeding the maximum occupancy will result in immediate eviction from the property & forfeiture of all payments & deposits.
- Subletting or re-renting this property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments and deposits.
* Parties are not permitted in this unit. (Full Security Deposit will be charged)
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
* Noise Bylaws are strictly enforced, noise fines after 10pm start at $105.00 per infraction
* Pets are NOT permitted in this unit. ($650 fee will be charged for entire home deep cleaning)
* Smoking is NOT permitted in this unit. ($650 fee for deep cleaning will be charged)
*Smoking rules outside our home are governed by strata & municipal bylaws. Discarding of cigarette butts on the ground is littering and fines will apply. Please respect and protect our community.
* Bylaw Fines for Littering start at $175 per Infraction. *This includes cigarette butts.
* Bikes, skis & snowboards are not permitted inside the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms or bathrooms. Lockable Ski & Snowboard racks are provided on the private deck. A private lockable storage cage for bikes & large equipment is provided in the parkade.

* The security deposit, pet & age policy are not negotiable.

The space

Guest access
Guests have full access to all 3 levels of the townhome with the exception of the private owners storage & mechanical room.
This in an end unit townhome, so you will have the entire space to yourself, including a private entrance with no neighbours directly above, below or beside. Walk to everything, no car required. (if you drive we also provide free parking for TWO vehicles). This luxury townhome includes one designated underground parking stall + one parking pass which permits parking in the monitored exterior parking lot. Once here, you will not use your vehicle because this is the Best Whistler Village Location offering the best possible proximity & access to Whistler Village Centre, Village Stroll and of course Whistler & Blackcomb mountains & lifts. Check us out on the map, there is no more central location this close to both the base of Whistler AND Blackcomb Mountains.
Additional notes
This property has just completed a full and complete renovation, with absolutely everything inside and out including doors and windows being updated. The renovation which began on March 1, 2021 just passed Building Dept final inspection and is ontrack to be furnished and ready for occupancy by opening day Nov 24, 2022. Photo Gallery is updated weekly with early reveal photos to hilight our progress furnishing the new space. Booking calendar is now open and accepting reservations for the start of the 2022/23 ski season.

Neighborhood overview
The Gables is the most centrally located AND flat ski-in Ski-out neighbourhood in all of Whistler. Too often Ski-In Ski-Out means being halfway up the mountain, which is great for skiing but what about the other 18 hours of the day when you want to socialize, shop and eat. Best Whistler Rentals solves that issue by offering the convenience of flat and direct access to Skier's Plaza and the gateway to Whistler Village.
I know what you are thinking, aren't there places you can rent right in the village, on the world famous Village Stroll? Absolutely, but with that you also get the hustle & bustle of all the bars and restaurants that are open until 2:00AM 365 days of the year. Our Best Whistler Rentals are surrounded by treed parkland, perched alongside (as in right beside) the glacier fed Fitzsimmons Creek. Getting around
Whistler is primarily a pedestrian Village and our Best Whistler Village town home sits alongside the pedestrian walkway that connects the Main Village and the Upper Village, When we say close we mean less than 5 minutes to walk to chairlifts and gondolas, lift tickets & guest services, bus loop, apres ski, pubs, restaurants, shopping, Blackcomb day lodge, kids ski school, hotels, rivers and parks.
Getting around Whistler is simple. The Whistler transit system provides year-round public bus service throughout Whistler and between Whistler Village and Pemberton.
For walking and cycling, Whistler's commuter backbone is the Valley Trail which runs past the perimeter of our property. Valley Trail is a 35-km/22-mile multi-use trail that begins at Spring Creek, in the south, extends through the Village itself and ends at Emerald Estates in the north.

Whistler Public Transit
Buses service most areas in Whistler. In spring and summer the buses are equipped with bike racks. There are free shuttle buses that operate between Whistler Village hotels and the ski lifts; in the summer there is free service between the Village and Lost Lake. Bus route run along Blackcomb Way with a bus stop on the street directly in front of our property.
Taxis are abundant throughout the village and you can get pretty much anywhere in Whistler for less than $20.
