The space
This slopeside condo applies Enhanced Cleaning and Sanitization protocols prior to every guest check-in. Cleaning Quality & compliance standards are managed & monitored by "GetProperly" a CleanTech Quality & Compliance Platform.
This fully renovated condo can comfortably sleep 5 adults + 2 kids. There are 5 separate beds including 1 King in Master bedroom, 1 Queen + 2 Twins (BunkBeds) in 2nd bedroom, + 1 queen sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped galley style kitchen provides everything you need for quicky breakfast or gourmet dinners. Ensuite bathroom off Master includes tub/shower. 2nd Bathroom has large walk-in shower.
2 large private covered patio decks with patio furniture set and BBQ round out this spacious 2 bedroom & 2 full bathroom condo. Living room and dining areas are open and spacious, ideal for gathering around the natural gas fireplace and sharing the day's adventures. A large 55" Smart TV with extensive Cable TV, Streaming and Music packages is great for sports events or movie night. A 2nd TV in the bedroom provides added flexibility for everyone.
Playstation/DVD player with a wide selection of games & videos is connected to living room TV.
Guest access
Front Door Access : Our condo is equipped with a Keypad Entry system, so no keys are required to get in the front door. When you book our home we send you a unique Access Code that you will use to gain entry to our condo during your stay. Your unique Access Code automatically activates at 4pm on your check in date and expires at 10:30am on your checkout date.

Parking: Onsite underground parking is available: Daily fees apply.
A parking pass is required to park at The Aspens and can be purchased from a self serve Parking Terminal located inside the entrance to the front lobby. The Parking Terminal will issue a parking ticket with an access code you will need to open the gate of the underground parking garage. Parking garage is located directly opposite the front lobby doors. The parking garage has two levels with lots of available parking spaces. * Vehicle Height limited is 6'6".
- Elevators are located in the center of the parking garage
- Luggage carts are located by the elevators on P1.

Pool, Hot Tubs & Fitness Area: Use of the pool, hot tubs and fitness area are complimentary. Access to these areas requires an access code which we provide with your property information package.
-Towel Service: Complimentary Pool Towel service and towel exchange is available from the front desk.
Additional notes
In response to COVID-19 we have engaged the services of (Website hidden by Airbnb) A Cleaning Quality & Compliance Platform dedicated to professionalizing cleanliness in short & long term rentals. Updated cleaning and disinfecting protocols, processes & visual checklists have been put in place to provide a higher standard of cleanliness and safety for our guests.
Front Desk: There is a front desk where you can get general information as well as pick up your pool towels.
* Please note that our condo is privately owned, the Front Desk does not have access or manage our condo, so if you have any questions, comments or issues regarding our actual condo unit, please contact us directly. Either through Airbnb message system (preferred) or call/text/email.
Keypad Access system means no keys to exchange. We send you a unique access code in advance of your arrival, so you don't have to worry about coordinating keys and late arrival times etc.
* Your unique Door Access Code coupled with property instructions and driving directions will be sent to you via Airbnb Message system prior to your arrival.
*Housekeeping services can be scheduled during your stay, contact us for schedule and fees.

A Ski Valet service is provided free of charge during hours the mountain is open. Located in the breezeway outside the front lobby, the Ski Valet will handle and store your ski gear throughout your stay. *Make arrangements with front desk if you will need your skis outside of the ski valet hours. Front desk does not have access to ski valet locker.

Our Best Whistler Ski-In Ski-Out condo is "directly" on Merlin's ski run on Blackcomb Mountain and less 100 meters from the new 10 person Blackcomb Gondola.

Ski School and Mountain Bike school: Ski & bike lessons for all age groups as well as child- care services are available inside the Blackcomb Day Lodge located less than 100m walk from our slope side condo.

A wide variety of shops and restaurants make up the Upper village and all are an easy walking distance.

Our building has two coin-operated laundry facilities so bring quarters if you plan on doing any laundry.
Guest interaction
We live in Whistler and are available to interact with you as little or as much as you want throughout your stay. We are happy to help you with planning and/or make suggestions on things to see and do.
Neighborhood overview
We are adjacent to the Fairmount Hotel in the Upper Village, steps to restaurants, shops, equipment rentals and ski and bike schools, this location is the best slope side location in Whistler. We are on the mountain but so close to the base that it is faster to walk than take a taxi. Wander down to the farmers market during the summer or classic apres ski at Merlins in the winter. This spot has it all.
Getting around
This is a slope side property so it is typically faster & easier to walk, bike or ski to get around. You can explore the town from top to bottom - no car required!
Getting around the resort is a breeze. The Village is based around the pedestrian-only Village Stroll which allows easy walking access between shops, restaurants, ski lifts and accommodation.
When you want to explore outside the village, use the Valley Trail or the excellent transit services to get where you want to go. Moving around the resort is simple and safe with paved paths for hiking and cycling between neighborhoods, seasonal free shuttles connecting ski lifts and popular parks, and 24 hour taxi services.Free Shuttles

BC Transit operates seasonal shuttle services to assist people to move around the village - for free! Pick up and drop off is located on the street in front off our complex.
June to early September a Free Summer Shuttle Service to Lost Lake is available during the day.

November to April: A Free Winter Shuttle Service to and from the main Whistler Village runs 3-4 times an hour.

Off Site Parking Options -
Parking is available in Day Lots 4 and 5, with a maximum stay of 72 hours permitted from April 1 to October 31. Overnight Parking is not permitted November 1 - March 31 to allow for snow clearing.
In winter Lots 6, 7 and 8 at Base II on Blackcomb (Glacier Lane) are also free. Access the Blackcomb Gondola and ski or ride directly to your vehicle at the end of the day.
